Maxim Wines introduces Darragh, a winemaker with a passion for crafting authentic wines in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Darragh's winemaking philosophy focuses on minimal intervention in the winery, stemming from his belief that more effort in the vineyard yields better results. His family has a long history in the drinks industry, starting with his great-grandfather's bar in Northern Ireland. This heritage is reflected in Darragh's dedication to creating wines that express their unique vintage.
